1. Privacy Policy
Watchatec provides digital services including web development, automation, tutoring support, coding, analytics, business research, document preparation, and related professional services.
To provide these services, we may collect client information submitted through our website, order forms, payment forms, communication channels, or uploaded files.

- Order instructions and service details
- Uploaded files, images, or documents

How We Use Information
Client information is used only for service delivery, communication, support, payment processing, quality improvement, dispute resolution, and technical operations related to Watchatec services.
Document Retention
Watchatec may retain client documents and uploaded files for up to 100 days after delivery to allow time for clarification, corrections, complaints, revisions, or re-editing support.
After this period, files may be removed from storage unless retention is necessary for legal, payment, dispute, or administrative purposes.
Information Sharing
Watchatec does not sell client information. Personal client information is NOT shared by authorized staff, assigned experts, payment OR processors. It can only be shared when required by law.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any material submitted belongs to them or that they have permission to use and submit it.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Window
If a client is not satisfied with a delivered order, the complaint must be raised within 60 days from the delivery date.
Refund Amount
If Watchatec confirms that the complaint is valid and the client remains unsatisfied after review, the client may receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid for the specific order.
Order Cancellation After Refund
Once a refund is approved and processed, the order stands cancelled.
Expert Accountability
Where an order is cancelled due to poor delivery or failure to meet agreed requirements, the expert handling the order may be charged 140% of the cancelled order amount as part of internal quality-control procedures.
Non-Payment After Completion
If a client does not pay upon order completion, the order stands cancelled. Watchatec may withhold access, delivery, or future support services until payment issues are resolved.
No Automatic Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed based on the order instructions, communication history, delivery evidence, and the nature of the complaint.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take additional time depending on the payment provider, bank, card processor, or mobile money service involved.
